You understand and acknowledge that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with other participants, use of equipment, slips, falls, strains, sprains, fractures, cuts, bruises, and other injuries, which may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. You voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities with full knowledge of these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario, you assume all risks associated with participation in the Activities and waive, release, and forever discharge Rising Sun Martial Arts, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the Activities, including personal injury, except where such injury is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the Activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by Rising Sun Martial Arts and its instructors.
If you are registering a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and that you consent to the minor’s participation in the Activities. You agree, on behalf of yourself and the minor, to the terms of this waiver and release to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law.
This waiver and assumption of risk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Rising Sun Martial Arts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
